WHAT DOES INCLUSIVITY MEAN TO YOU?
To me, it means a (work)place where the (organizational) structure and culture is centered around celebrating creative innovative thinking, where a process (such as design thinking) is in place to encourage multiple cross-functional stakeholders to collaborate in an equitable manner, and a safe place that fosters a genuine, sincere, and caring environment for all types of individuals.

Inclusive and creative environments can yield higher business returns.
